#FridayReads, Aug. 23, John W. Pilley’s Chaser: Unlocking the Genius of the Dog Who Knows a Thousand Words I’m really enjoying dog owner and psychologist Pilley’s engaging book on his remarkable Border collie, Chaser. It could have also been subtitled, “Unlocking the Genius of a Dog Who Knows 1000 Words,” so smart is this dog. I’m reading a galley I got at Book Expo last June. The book will be published October 29th, according to the promotional copy on the back of the advance reader’s copy.
